Upcoming Data Conference Vendor and Sponsorship Registration

Let us do the work! Sponsorship levels can be selected to promote your business before, during and after the conference.  Our sponsorship level includes the following promotional options:
 

• Website Logo – The conference website is the resource for all participants before, during, and after the conference. Your logo with clickable contact information and a link to your website will be displayed. 

• Swag Insert – Each participant receives a welcome item full of useful information. Provide us with 500 copies of your promotional printed materials (no larger than 8.5 x 11) and let us pre-insert them in the folder or conference bag provided to each participant at check-in. 

• Presentation screens – Have your advertisement displayed on the big screens on a loop in our main ballroom during our all-conference sessions. 

• Podium Recognition – Have your business recognized as our Diamond vendors by thanking them during our special all-conference sessions. 

You are not required to be onsite to be a sponsor, but a Sponsorship Level is required for all onsite vendors. 

Choose one of the following to help sponsor: 

• Bronze $97 – Website Logo (small). 

• Silver $187 – Website Logo (medium) 

• Gold $387- Website Logo (large), Swag Insert. 

• Platinum $587 – Website Logo (large), Swag Insert, and Presentation Screens. 

• Diamond $787 – Website Logo (large), Swag Insert, Presentation Screens, and Podium Recognition. 

 

A face-to-face conversation with potential clients is the best way to promote your business. We plan to have a dedicated vendor room with snacks and refreshments and create multiple opportunities for participants to discuss vendor services.   

Vendor Tables – $489 per table – Each is an assigned standard 8-foot table with access to power outlets. Maximum of three vendor personnel per table.   Multiple tables will have the option to be located next to each other or separated.  

Vendor Tickets – $98 per ticket – Each vendor participant gains access to the conference, wifi access, free parking, access to refreshments, and meals provided at the conference.

Let us help with promoting your business at the NDE 2025 Data Conference. Here are additional limited promotional opportunities.  Sponsors are not required to be onsite. 

 

Please choose any additional promotional items: 

• Promotional Items – $197 per 500 items – Do you have swag? Ship us your branded items (min. 500 count) and we have our team insert them into this year’s conference bag given to all participants at check-in. 

• Poster and Stand – $97 each – Let us display your advertisement at the conference. Send us your poster (no larger than 24×36) and we will have it displayed with a stand as part of our preconference setup. 

• Raffle Sponsor – $250 minimum, up to $1000 – Raffle are exciting for everyone. Raffled items will display their sponsors and sponsors will be thanked at the drawing.  All non-vendor participants would be entered into the drawing, to be announced at the closing session of the conference.  

• Full-Break Sponsorship – $497 – A break sponsor supports a table of food and/or drinks with the business sponsor recognized with a placard and within the schedule. It is not required to be onsite to be a break sponsor. 

• Shared-Break Sponsorship – $247 – Get the same benefits as a full-break sponsor but share the spotlight with another fellow sponsor.  

• Presentation Session – $997 per session – Be a presenter at the conference, with your own room and time slot. Give a presentation or workshop for your goods or services allowing you to show features and tips or gather feedback for future enhancements of your products.  Must be onsite. 

• Post Conference Video Advertisement – $1187 per video – Once the conference is done, we post recorded presentations online for those who couldn’t make it or missed a session. Have your business’ advertisement shown at the start of a video.
