Upcoming Heartland Farm to School and Early Care & Education (ECE) Institute

All Early Care & Education (ECE) team members (listed on the awarded application that indicated they would be present at the Institute) must attend the entirety of the in-person retreat from Wednesday, November 13 at 4pm through Friday, November 15, 2024 at 1pm. 

• Hotel rooms for ECE team members are included and are all single occupancy.
  • You do NOT need to call the hotel and make a reservation; this will be done so by the Institute Planning team. You just need to register using this form. 
• Check-in time for hotel rooms is Wednesday, November 13 at 4pm.
• Check-out time for hotel rooms is Friday, November 15 until 11am 
  • Note:  The Institute goes through 1pm on Nov. 15 so you’ll check-out earlier that day prior to the Institute ending.
