Kaleidoscope thinking involves shifting the the way we look at data to understand what is causing those results. The first half of the session will focus on building skills around disaggregating data. During the second half, participants will engage in a root cause analysis. Participants will leave with skills and tools to uncover the root causes of challenges they face.
